Throughout his childhood, Brett grew up playing a wide variety of sports. After high school, he wanted to keep his lifestyle active and chose to pursue the sport of weightlifting in order to put on quality muscle. Brett is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) which is a nationally accredited organization through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
